An Inner Trilogy | Cultivating Resilience

Resilience is our ability to bounce back when faced with adverse and challenging conditions.

When emotionally distressed, it’s natural that we often react in habitual ways that are informed by our past experiences. Over a lifetime, the psyche consciously and unconsciously shapes and stores narratives that influence who we are, how we feel, and how we perceive reality.

In this three-part course, we start by doing the work to slow down, release tension in the body, and quiet into a space of deep listening.

Using Qi Gong, Tantric Hatha Yoga, and meditation as state-changing vehicles, we enter into INSIGHT contemplations and journaling to explore what stories we tell ourselves. How do those narratives shape who we are and how we feel?

Stabilize | Awaken | Integrate

Explore the concept of mind from a yogic perspective to help crack your own code. Step into the witness, polish your perception and begin to see and sense these undercurrents more clearly. Then, turn attention toward the visionary self and allow what’s on your horizon to emerge into the field of sacred inner sight.

This course guides you towards a simple and direct way to be with yourself, witness from a broader and clearer perspective, ask meaningful questions, and receive the guidance and insight you seek from the wisdom within.

What is An Inner Trilogy?

An Inner Trilogy is a three-part journey that brings together meditation, movement, and contemplation to guide you through a process of deep self-reflection and INSIGHT. 

The Trilogy integrates yogic philosophy through both lecture and practice to support an embodied understanding. 

This practice includes:

  • Movement Practices | Yoga and Qi Gong

  • Contemplation | Journaling Prompts

Kevin Courtney is a meditation, mindfulness, and conscious leadership expert. A life-long student, Kevin centered his 25 years of learning in the teachings of Richard Freeman, Swami Satchidananda, Nikki Costello, and Rod Stryker. Rooted in the teachings and in practice, he founded INSIGHT in 2013.  

Kevin currently lives in Santa Monica, CA, and continues expanding his teachings’ reach through mentorship, online meditations, workshops, and retreats
