PRACTICE
The Eightfold Path | PRATYAHARA
This sacred sequence of four audio pranayama and meditation sessions is a rare opportunity to directly experience the practices offered throughout The Eightfold Path retreat held in March 2023 in Phoenicia, NY.
Learn to focus by engaging in specific breath patterns. Explore the subtle mechanics of the breath’s energetic intelligence. Activate and awaken the power of conscious awareness. Learn to direct prana to induce a calm, stable state of vivid alertness in the body, mind, and spirit.
Enjoy the journey, and we sincerely hope these practices enrich and enhance your practice and your life.
These audio practices were recorded live at The Eightfold Path’s PRATYAHARA Retreat. They have been edited to maintain the integrity and enduring nature of the teachings.

What is The Eightfold Path?
The Eightfold Path is a multi-year exploration into the eight limbs of yoga anchored in an annual week-long retreat and supported with seasonal digital and in-person events open to all.
The heartbeat of The Eightfold Path is a vibrant and diverse community brought together by a shared drive for a deeper understanding of the Self. This steady and potent revealing of the nature of human consciousness harnesses the ancient power of Vedanta and Tantra to offer a direct path to the wisdom within, with practices designed to integrate and flourish well beyond the mat.
