The Lunar Practice - slow and steady postures combined with mindful breathing become vehicles for connecting with your body and releasing tension, quieting the noise of the external world and attuning you to the wisdom within
Meditation becomes your compass, guiding you inward to the ever-present still point alive amidst (and beyond) the movement of the mind. Practice observing your thoughts with non-judgmental awareness, cultivating a spaciousness of mind
INSIGHT Contemplation invites you to reflect deeply on questions that will serve as a path to a greater understanding of how to cultivate clarity in any given situation
Together, these practices form a synergistic approach to cultivating clarity—observe what naturally arises as we release and relax the body, enhance our field of attention, and settle into a place of inquiry amidst a calm, abiding stillness rooted in conscious awareness.

What is An INSIGHT Series?
An INSIGHT Series is a three-part offering that combines movement, meditation, and contemplation to guide you through a process of embodiment, deep self-reflection, and insight.

Your Facilitator, Julianne Aehree
Julianne Aerhee is a yoga teacher and INSIGHT facilitator whose purpose is to support practitioners in experiencing a life of increased joy, connection, and awe.
Julianne was fascinated by the human body's intelligence and how it embodies all aspects of our psyche long before she landed on her mat.
A professional dancer through her early 20s and a student of psychology, communications, and exercise physiology, Julianne saw bridging the maps of our mind, body, heart, and Spirit as a way to bridge each of us to the world at large.
